To celebrate UNICEF’s Declaration of the Rights of the Child, the NFB decided to illustrate the principle whereby all children are entitled from birth to a name and a nationality.
This animated film tells the story of a baby who, after being bounced from household to household, is finally taken in by two street people who show him love and compassion.
