A Norman McLaren drawing representing a four-dimensional house surrounded by gardens. He did this drawing during a visit to China as part of the education program sponsored by UNESCO. Norman McLaren drew inspiration from the tesseract (four-dimensional cube) to design many things, both large and small.
At the bottom right of the drawing there appears the inscription: Nov 6 - 1949, Pehpei, Szechuan, China.
