  Description     The film
It is 1962, and immigrants from several countries have arrived in Halifax. These newcomers of primarily European origin experience general confusion, unfamiliar currency and the awkwardness of small gifts bestowed by strangers. As people board the train for Montreal, a priest passes through, blessing the passengers.
