  Description     The film
Shokoufeh, a former Iranian political prisoner, says that Canadians do not feel connected to the pain of others. She believes that refugees find themselves isolated in Canada. We all need each other, and our well-being is interconnected. She associates an uncaring society with suicides within disadvantaged groups such as Inuit communities. A news clip of a political demonstration is included.
