Description
The film
Acid rain caused by industrial emissions in the American Midwest is destroying deciduous woodland in Eastern Canada. Also affected are water systems, wildlife and people's health. Growing numbers of studies make the link between industrial pollutants and human disease. Independent scientific research plays an important role in the battle to protect the environment.
